BMW I4 Charging Cables

This four door all-electric sedan is based off BMW’s highly popular 3-series range. With a 530-hp electric motor and 80kWh battery, it is a highly powerful model capable of 0-to-60 mph in 4 seconds flat. It will be available in both rear and all drive options.
Built on the CLAR platform, this model is expected to keep production costs low, making it a more affordable luxury sedan option. It features less use of rare earth metals in its construction and less cobalt use for its battery. The battery will, however, have 20% more capacity than previous BMW batteries.
In keeping with the high BMW finishing standard, this car offers quite the luxurious interior. It is replete with leather upholstery and wood trims, a sizable touchscreen infotainment system, and wireless phone charging capability. It will feature an ergonomic and minimalist design to give a modern feeling. A full panoramic glass roof will give it an even greater spacious air.
BMW claims a range of up to 372 miles per charge. This is quite impressive and will likely be a threat to leading rivals. The i440 model is expected to have a top speed of 124 mph, partly thanks to its powerful motors and lightweight construction.
BMW has yet to release the charging specs for the i4. However, we can estimate the likely options from previous electric offerings from the brand. Charging will likely be possible using both a wall plug or charging station. The i4 will also likely be able to accommodate ultra-rapid charging at 150kW, achieving a full charge in just over 30 minutes.
